Apple refreshed the MacBook Air M3 in March 2024 to include their new M3 series chips but kept the same form factor and design as the previous M2 models. Along with increased CPU and GPU performance new features such as supporting two external displays when the lid is closed, improved microphones and updated WiFi 6E technology were introduced.
